| Who pays for the service? |
This service is paid for by the ground transportation companies in each city serviced. Currently, there are no charges to the consumer or corporate client for booking trips.

| Why are there only three companies in each category to choose from? |
We have limited the number of participants to ease the bid selection process for the consumer. Taxi and limousine company prices are regulated by various governing bodies (state and/or federal). Therefore, we endeavor to find the companies with the newest, largest fleets and best reputations to service our mutual client... YOU!

| Will my fare be EXACTLY what is shown on RideOnTime? |
Fares are estimates and are subject to variation. Limousine fares are exact 99% of the time, unless a provider's fees have changed since the last time our fare database was updated. With taxis, there is no way to possibly calculate "wait time" in advance without fully knowing all traffic patterns for that particular route. We do our best to calculate an average trip time, but it is impossible to include parameters like accidents, inclement weather, construction, etc.

| How will I be notified? |
Upon submission of your order, the ground transportation company of your selection is notified electronically via fax, phone and email. A confirmation is sent directly to your email account with the requisite details.

| How do I pay? |
You pay with a credit card right over the RideOnTime web site. We'll take care of the ride provider - you worry about your trip! Our fares include tip for the driver of your vehicle, so you don't even need to worry about having cash on you the day of your ride.
