CEO - Ryan Sabga:
Mr. Sabga has held finance, business strategy, and M&A positions with
several rapidly growing firms including SAC Corp and Rebecca Rich. In
addition, he has also led acquisitions for two privately held companies
seeking to add to their portfolios. He holds an MBA from the University of
Denver.
COO - Rod Underhill:
Mr. Underhill, co-founder of MP3.com, played a valuable role in the $345M
IPO and eventually the $320M sale of MP3.com to Vivendi-Universal. Started
with $10,000, at its height MP3.com had a company valuation of over $2.2
billion.
CTO - Travis Giggy:
Mr. Giggy brings more than 10 years diverse experience in the Internet technology field.
He has created Internet programs used by large financial transaction institutions
such as Wells Fargo, Union Bank of California and Piper Jaffrey. He has been retained as a consultant
for Fortune 500 firms such as Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, Qwest, and others. In addition, he is a
well known author of Internet technology and e-business articles.
